Rules for using Linktiq

By accessing or using Linktiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes not using Linktiq for any illegal purposes, not attempting to disrupt our infrastructure, and not violating the rights of others.
Some features of Linktiq may require payment (e.g., "Pro" or "Business" plans). We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
Linktiq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linktiq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Linktiq, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
